Ace Canopy - Weeks of no response
Purchase a canopy tent from Ace Canopy and received wrong color tent - okay, I decided I could live with that.However, I asked before placing the order about the side panels and was told that they were a solid color, but they were not.
I have left four telephone messages because the calls go directly to voice mail. I have sent three email messages - no response. The only staff I can reach is Sales staff who do not assist at all and just tell me to call customer service or email. Yeah right.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I CANNOT BELIVE THEY ARE STILL OPERATING.
