Bought a canopy that broke while putting it up

I bought a canopy from this company about 12 years ago. A 10 by 20ft. The metal frame work broke in two places while putting it up for the first time. And there were a couple of what appeared to be small burn holes in the canopy top. Had to pay shipping to return it. They said I had a credit minus the restocking fee. Back then they had very few items. So I lost several hundred dollars. They had terrible reviews even then. Im shocked this company is still taking advantage of people. Never buy from them!

Low quality materials

I purchased two canopies and I was so disappointed because of their poor quality. Aside of being expensive one of the tarp that they sent has damage. Also, they sent me the wrong size.
